– Facilitated by the Balkans Group and Democracy for Development Institute (D4D) the third round of dialogue with senior representatives of parliamentary parties was held in Prishtina. This time the meeting of the representatives of the government and the opposition included discussions on the reestablishment of an atmosphere of working relations and cooperation between political parties. Vice-presidents agreed to communicate and negotiate including on the topics they disagree. Party negotiators authorized the Balkans Group to draft a Roadmap for continuation of the dialogue which include all issues of interests for the parties and the country.
Discussions on reforms and other identified topics were further elaborated. Framework of the dialogue and the methodology were discussed and endorsed. Balkans Group earned a new role in continuation of the political dialogue; we took responsibility to present the first Roadmap draft in the weeks ahead.
