The new Balkans Group policy analysis KOSOVO’S CONTESTED REPRESENTATION IN CEFTA – A Political and Legal Overview, provides a detailed analysis of Kosovo’s challenges in CEFTA. Paradoxically UNMIK still represents Kosovo in CEFTA (Central European Free Trade agreement. The Government of Kosovo shall develop a proactive approach with a set of concrete actions to gain support for initiating the removal of UNMIK from CEFTA.
