Youth in Politics

The Executive Programme “Youth in Politics: Governance and Political Systems; Training for Public Policy and Skills” is designed to equip young individuals active in political parties in Kosovo with the knowledge and skills necessary to excel in areas such as rule of law, political parties and ideologies, good governance, economic development, health and social policy, educational policy, gender and social inclusion,  European integration, regional cooperation, Kosovo-Serbia dialogue, Security: conflict resolution, peacebuilding, and elements of violent extremism, Environment: environmental policies, climate change,  global and local consequences, Energy efficiency: resource management, renewable energy, and local policies in Kosovo, and Foreign work: elements of international Relations, foreign policy in Kosovo, and geopolitics.

The curricula for this executive program was developed in collaboration with the American University and best teaching academics and is amended regularly to respond to the rising developments.

By bringing together youth from various political subjects, this program serves as a platform for fostering collaboration and learning among future leaders. Successful participants will receive a certificate of completion and will be welcomed into the “Youth in Politics” Alumni Network, an exclusive group of trainees who have completed the program and are poised to make a positive impact in their communities.

The aim is to increase the capacity of young members of political parties and equip them with knowledge and skills for their future careers.
