The Kosovo-Serbia Policy and Advocacy Group (KSPAG) is a consortium of non-governmental organisations and research institutes united in their belief in the importance of normalising relations between Kosovo and Serbia.
The group was formed with the shared goal of reinvigorating support for dialogue at a time when interest in both societies had waned. Through our collective and individual efforts, we aim to generate new approaches and ideas to support the dialogue process and improve public perceptions and narratives. Our activities are aimed at providing citizens and other actors with a more accurate understanding of the dialogue process and increasing support for the normalisation of relations between Kosovo and Serbia.
KSPAG is composed of the Balkans Policy Research Group, Democracy for Development, the Kosovo Center for Security Studies, the NGO Aktiv from Kosovo, the Belgrade Fund for Political Excellence, the Belgrade Center for Security Policy, the Lawyers’ Committee for Human Rights, and the European Movement Serbia.
