Skopje- On the occasion of December 10, the International Human Rights in Skopje was organized “Balkans at the Crossroads” conference. Present at this conference was the researcher from Albania, Ilir Kulla, BDI chairman, Ali Ahmeti, Naim Rashiti from Kosovo and Ylber Sela from Macedonia.
