Naim Rashiti, from the Balkans Policy Research Group think tank, told BIRN that it was clear that no one on either side was willing to back down. “A resolution to this crisis does not appear to be on the horizon,” he warned, adding that Kosovo needed “profound reforms undertaken in an inclusive political and institutional dialogue”.
